Everything you need to know about receiving your order and our return policy.
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5.95.
We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are shipped through USPS and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Feminine Heart Press is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery delays are handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
Because books are personal items and are shipped directly to customers, all book sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.
Digital products, downloads, and printable items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
